I never tried his, but after reading up on it and checking the routine I actually do pretty much the same as he says in my rountine. I have always done moderate to heavy weight for more reps. Found it got me to get my movements down perfect and have great form while really hitting the muscle. I switch my routine quite a bit but always keep the same set/rep setups pretty much. I think Serges rountine is a great one, if you read through his thread there are tons of people who have tried it and have nothing but good things to say. Edit: And Zeneth, great gains by the way bro, def can tell a huge difference.

Keep up the good work man. Well, the improvements aren't very outstanding, and could have been made on any generic bodybuilding routine given consistency and diet. You made good gains, but so did I. I think it's all about listening to your body, and really developing a strong mind muscle connection, and being able to flex with a pump that'll make you feel like you're going to pop. I think heavy weight and high reps is the way to go.

And I guess if one can't do more than 8 reps, then they need to tone the weight down to 'feel' it better. I think the best thing for people to do is not to neglect any bodypart, and just feel it out for themselves. Dont go too heavy, dont go too light, and on the big 3, go heavy as **** and try to hit the 1000 club. Moral of the story: Try out different exercises, sets, and reps.
